Shipping policy
We ship prepaid only. No Cash on Delivery.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing. We do not offer COD under any circumstances.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Domestic shipping (India): Delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location. Remote locations may take longer.
International shipping: We ship globally. Delivery timelines vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges applicable in the destination country are solely the buyer's responsibility. Koso Jewels is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email. Use it to monitor your shipment in real time.
Failed deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Koso Jewels is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives physically damaged, refer to our Refund Policy and contact us at info@kosojewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
