All sales at Koso Jewels are final.
We don't offer returns or exchanges. All orders are prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery. By placing an order on kosojewels.com you agree to these terms.
Damaged or defective piece?
If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, email us at info@kosojewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and minimum 3 clear photographs of the damage. We will review the claim and at our sole discretion offer a replacement or store credit — no back and forth, no fine print.
Claims raised after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation timestamp will not be entertained under any circumstance. Koso Jewels reserves the right to reject claims that do not include adequate photographic evidence or that show signs of post-delivery damage, misuse, or tampering.
What counts as a defect: Broken clasps, missing stones, plating defects on arrival, or physical damage caused during transit.
Chargebacks & disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered order without first contacting us at info@kosojewels.com is considered a breach of our purchase terms. We reserve the right to dispute all such chargebacks with full order documentation.
Marketplace purchases: If you purchased Koso Jewels products through a third-party marketplace such as Amazon or any other platform, the return and refund policies of that platform will apply. The above policy applies exclusively to orders placed on kosojewels.com.
Why no returns? We closed returns so we could keep our prices honest. The margin we'd lose to reverse logistics goes back into what you're actually buying — the metal, the plating, the craft. You commit when you order. We commit to making sure what you receive is worth it.
