Why We Do It This Way

No COD. No returns. Here's the honest reason.

Most jewelry brands build the cost of returns and undelivered COD orders into their prices. You pay for it either way — you just don't see it on the tag.

We decided not to do that.

At Koso, all orders are prepaid and all sales are final. That's how we keep our prices real. The margin we'd lose to returns and reverse logistics goes back into what you're actually buying — the metal, the plating, the craft.

It's a trade. You commit when you order. We commit to making sure what you receive is worth it.

And if it isn't?

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email info@kosojewels.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll make it right — replacement or store credit, no drama.

That's the whole policy. Nothing hidden.

Why no COD? COD has a high non-acceptance rate — customers order, then don't pick up. That cost gets passed back to the brand and eventually to you. Prepaid only means our pricing stays clean.

What if I don't like it when it arrives? We do our best with detailed photos, honest descriptions, and size guides. But if the piece isn't defective we can't accept a return. Please shop intentionally.

What if it arrives broken? Email info@kosojewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Defective or transit damaged pieces will be replaced or credited. Always.

Purchasing on marketplaces? If you purchase Koso Jewels products through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or other platforms, the return and refund policies of those platforms will apply. The above policy applies exclusively to orders placed on kosojewels.com.
